December 4th, 2022, Some North Europen Company Group is planning to invest four new plants in Chengdu, Sichuan and Inner Mongolia of China, Jinshan of Shanghai, Jiaxing of Zhejiang in order to catch up with its customer fast business developing situation in these two city areas.
Similarly, this global company group is continuously seeking for SUECS 3rd Party Project Consulting & Management Service upon previous good experience to their Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu Projects, which includes of project early-stage event planning, various resources organizing, contracting reviewing, fabricating & installation supervision and after then evaluation, etc.
欧洲某国际公司计划在成都, 呼和浩特, 上海金山， 浙江嘉兴新建两个工厂，以便满足其客户群在当地业务增长需求。基于在其北京，广州以及成都项目管理服务中的良好体验，这包括项目前期咨询策划，各种项目资源组织适配及程序申报审批，项目合同风险性审核，以及供应商工程商制造安装建设监管变更协调以及工程完结评价等，项目该集团公司将继续在此两个新工厂项目寻求SUECS第三方项目管理支持服务。

Plant 工厂1: Chengdu Industrial Parks, Wenjiang as mostly preferred; 四川成都工业区，靠近高速路口交通便利，温江开发区最佳；
Plant 工厂2: Huhehaote Industrial Parks, Inner Mongolia; 内蒙古呼和浩特工业区，交通便利；
Plant 工厂3：Jinshan of Zhejiang 上海金山
Plant 工厂4：Jiashan of Zhejiang 浙江嘉善
Building Structure Rented 租用房屋结构：
1,000-1,500 M2 Single floor with few structure column, Floor height at least 5 meters，at least 5 parking spaces for 5 ton trucks. Complete licenses, professional image inside and outside the plant, good atmosphere，brand new or within 5 years plant
单层少柱工业厂房，层高5M以上；可以容纳承受5吨货车卸货区；厂区及建筑状况良好环境宜人优美（最好标准工业区厂房），产权执照证照后续齐全，房龄不超过五年；
With Existing fire sprinkler system or self-installable fire sprinkler pipe, with smoke sensor and fire alarm system, and complete fire protection facilities and passed the assessment.
安装或可安装消防喷淋烟感及报警系统，健全的消防系统及通过消防部门正式审批验收；
Facilities & Utilities 配套及公用工程设施：
1. At least 315 kVA electric capacity Ability to increase capacity to 600 KVA 当前315KVA供配电可扩展到600KVA
2. Water supply can reach 100 tons / day. Where is the water inlet? How far? Who needs to pay for connecting pipes to the workshop? 每天用水100吨。接管位置在哪？接管口到车间是否有供水管？
3. Dischargement can reach 80 tons / day Where is the drain? How far? Who needs to pay for connecting pipes to the workshop?
Centralized sewage treatment system or company nearby. Sewage standards are implemented in accordance with the sewage discharge standards.
每天排水80吨。排水口位置？车间到排水口是否有排水管？工业区或附近应该有城市集中污水处理厂且符合相应污水排放标准。
4. Can supply municipal natural gas or steam? Gas/city steam is not mandatory. Where is the municipal gas or steam inlet? How far? Who needs to pay for connecting pipes to the workshop? 是否可供天然气/集中供蒸汽？但不是必须项。接口到车间是否存在有供管？
Restructure & Decoration 装修改造

6. Allow to repaint external walls and hang company logo 外墙允许涂装、悬挂公司商标
7. 1st floor with main production shop floor. Solid concrete with min 3 ton per M^2 Solid concrete with polished finishing, no epoxy. 生产车间须在一层为硬化水泥抹平光滑非环氧地坪.
