Notes:Annual FEE + Sales Premium + Technical Service
1. ANNUAL MANAGEMENT BASE
It will charge Annual Management Fee for SCS@R and SCS@Y Agreement. R will be large ones (>US$200 million),Middle , and Small (<US$15million) by Annual Revenue; Y will be recognized by basic county admin district.
2. SALES PREMIUM
This is rewarded for SUECS introduced or supported product sales. R and Y agreement ones will be classified as: I.Specially ordered and fabricated by 10%, II. Common Standard Ones by 5%,III. Large Commodity Ones by 3% ;Non Y & R ones by 10%;
3. TECHNICAL SERVICE
As of Technical Service of contract or mandays works, SUECS will charge 30% of 3rd Party Service Fee.
4. CERTIFICATE SERVICE
It will collect two parts of Certificate Service Work, i.e USD4,500 for once Certificate Paper & On-Site Audit upon actual needed work days.
