    How to work with SUECS by Individual?
    -Independent, System & Regional SME Representative

    Well-trained quality SME individual have to work together and support each others to complete more and more business project, and everyone will be benefited by each success projects and definitely including of SME Mentors. 

    Independent SME Specialist 
    Independent SME People, who mainly come from part-time industry professional specialists, will work or support each SUECS engineering project or provide specific customer service. Their jobs include but not limited to:  
    1. Introduce/promote each SUECS business and SCS@R Accredited Products;
    2. Plan and manage due SUECS industrial technical or engineering projects;
    3. Provide urgent or immediate supports to specific industries;
    4. Series of customer or partnership trainings by SCS Accreditation Programme ;
    Notes:More benefits from each project contributions. Some major contributors will be awarded by SUECS business stock profits. 

    System SME Mentorship 
    System SME mentors who mainly come from senior industrial leaders or professional veteran, will coach and train New SME people and develop SUECS professional system. Their responsibilities include but not limited to:
    1. Look and find high potential young professionals;
    2. Make professional career developing and training plan to young people;
    3. Provide OJT on-job coaching to business or project new hands;
    4. Provide Psychology Consulting or Mentoring to new SME person;
    Notes:As System SME Mentorship will not produce income directly, normally they will benefit from their coached person's project contribution and also rewarded by SUECS business stock profits. 

    Regional SME Representative/Agent
    SCS Accredited Regional Representative is completely different from traditional reselling or distributing system mainly in result of "Single product business cannot keep agent profiting anymore and distributor will not be loyal to one product company as usual".
    SUECS is organized SCS Accredited Company Products Series & Groups and ensure each parties' reasonable profit space protected, which so as to motivate all parties to respect and comply with all requirements by SCS Accreditation Programme accordingly.
    1. Represent SUECS to develop each business and maintain local customer relationship; 
    2. Represent, Resell & Distribute SCS@R Accredited Products and provide necessary localized supporting service; 
    3. Provide necessary supports to SUECS business or engineering project activities at specified region areas;
    4. Operate and maintain SUECS Regional Centers ( if built-up already) ;
    Notes:Regional SME could be personal or company organization, which will be operated and benefited by each of SCS@Y Accredited Agreement.
    Some kinds of Abnormal or Bad Phenomenon in traditional agent distributing system, such as:
    Order-Crushing Phenomenon :It finds that some producer may ignore previous Agent People's work efforts intendedly , and find up supply contract with client directly.
    Order-Jumping Phenomenon :It checks that some Agent People resell or steal customer order to partner's competitors;
    Faked Products Phenomenon: Some Agent People sell faked Products to Customers.
