December 27th, 2021, SUECS have helped one Finland Company Group and completed once technical and remained value assessment on two sets of idle Skidded GMP Clean Rooms at its new procured Chengdu Factory. Recently, Lindstrom, headquartered in Finland, had procured whole global business of another USA based corp, and inquired our SUECS to give once evaluation and assessment to two sets of idle Skidded GMP Clean Room at its just procured Chengdu Factory. SUECS had subsequently organised local SME to carry out on-site survey, and study and evaluate overall and subsystems carefully (as General Condition, Civil Structure & Decoration Materials，Clean Air Ventilation and Conditioning System, Fire-Alarming and Sparkling, Security & Communication System, Power, Water and Gas utilities supply piping and wiring system, and etc.), and finally give our evaluation conclusion and recommendation on its NCR performance, Possibilities of Overhaul Repair and Finance Resident Value for client further consideration.
2021年12月27日：近来SUECS完成对芬兰某企业新收购成都工厂两套撬装GMP洁净室设备系统第三方全面技术鉴定及财务写值评估。近来总部位于芬兰的某国际集团整体收购了美国一家企业全球业务，并委托SUECS对新收购成都工厂内两套闲置GMP洁净室设备系统进行第三方SCS信誉验证鉴定评估。接到委托后，SUECS组织我们成都地区的相关专业SME人员对GMP洁净设备基本状况，结构建筑装饰，洁净通风排风空调系统，消防安防通讯系统，供电供水供气布线布管系统进行了现场系统调查勘验，经过各项分析研究，在评估报告中对系统NCR合规达标性，系统及综合功能可修复恢复性以及设备财务估值记值处置等方面提出的建议性评估意见和结论。

Dec 20, 2013, SIP SUECS Industrial Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (a subsidiary of SUECS Industrial Technology), together with Suzhou Jinjiang Civil Construction Co., Ltd is working on providing yearly overall Equipment & Facilities Contract Service to BAXTER Suzhou R&D Center and have awarded due Service Contract Package. SUECS is mainly preparing technical document and PM programme, and JINJIANG will send PM personnel and carry out each activities.
BAXTER is a world healthcare leader and invests its first state of the art China R&D Center with 10,000 sqm in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2013. Suzhou Jinjiang is one local reputable civil and construction company in Suzhou, China.
2013年12月20日，苏州工业园区舒格斯工业环境技术有限公司(苏科斯工业技术关联附属企业之一）与苏州金匠工程建设有限公司合作与BAXTER百特苏州研发中心商谈并获得其设备设施年度整体打包服务合同协议。舒格斯主要负责设施设备服务技术方案以及计划维修维护策划，金匠负责合同具体维修维护活动执行以及日常派驻人员管理。
